[Position]

CIS Regional Business Manager

[About the Role]
We are looking for an experienced CIS Regional Business Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen Medit’s presence across the CIS dental market. The role will combine B2B sales, distributor management, business development, and technical/product support.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the dental, medical device, or digital healthcare industry, a solid understanding of digital dentistry, and an established local network within the CIS market.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage and develop existing distributors and identify new business partners.
• Develop key accounts and new business opportunities across CIS markets.
• Provide product demonstrations, technical consultations, and product training for dealers and customers.
• Support dealers and customers with first-level product and technical issues in cooperation with HQ.
• Build relationships with dentists, dental laboratories, KOLs, and other key stakeholders.
• Support exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and other market development activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide market insights to HQ.
• Travel extensively across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and other CIS markets.

[Qualifications]

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in dental, medical devices, healthcare, or digital technology.
• Experience in regional sales, distributor/channel management, and business development.
• Strong understanding of dental products, digital dentistry, CAD/CAM, or related technologies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate technical products and solutions to both commercial and technical audiences.
• Fluent Russian and business-level English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to a CIS country.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across CIS countries.

[Preferred]

• Previous experience in the CIS dental market.
• Established network with dental distributors, clinics, dental laboratories, KOLs, or key accounts.
• Experience with intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM, dental software, or other digital dental solutions.
• Experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Product/Clinical Specialist, or similar roles.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations, workshops, or technical training.
